Call for Abstracts
Abstract Submission Period
Submission period closed. Thank you very much for your submission.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Language: Abstracts must be written in clear English.
- An abstract must consists of the following:
Title, author name and affiliation (Department, institution, city and country), abstract body and keywords. - No tables or images are allowed.
- All abstracts must be submitted via email to the congress secretariat using Microsoft Word template below.
- Note:
- Please name your file as: "your name_country.docx" (e.g. John Smith_USA.docx)
- If you submit several abstracts, please number them (e.g. First abstract: John Smith_USA_1.docx; second abstract: John Smith_USA_2.docx).
- Presentation: Please mention whether you wish to make your presentation as oral or poster on the submission template.
In either way, you are required to be present in the congress venue to make your resentation. - You may be asked to present in Symposium session as a result of review.
Word Limitation:
- Title: Within 30 words
- Abstract body: Within 500 words
Please note:
- Capitalize the first letter of each word for the author information: Department, Institution, City, and Country (Degrees and titles NOT required).
- Abstract body: Should be structured chronologically into four sections below:
Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion - Keywords: Please include up to 6 keywords, and have the first letter in capital letter.
- No additional proofreading or corrections will be allowed after submission.
It is the author's responsibility to ensure their text does not contain any typo or grammatical error. - E-mail address provided on the submission form will be used to send acceptance notice and of any updates on the congress.
Please make sure you type in the correct e-mail address on the form.
Notification of Acceptance
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the submission form.
Withdrawal of Abstracts
- If you wish to withdraw your abstract after submission, please notify the congress secretariat via email immediately.
- If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the pre-registration date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the program.
